Roy Keim’s sermon on “The Great Separation” examined the differences our choices can make on Judgement Day giving examples from his early working experiences running a metal lathe. Roy posed several questions including 1. the tolerance God might have for us on Judgement day, and 2. Am I a goat or a sheep?

1.   Be willing to pay the price, 2. Be filled with joy, 3. Be oblivious to time, and 4. Believe in yourself that God can work wonders through you.

Roy Keim’s sermon titled “The Cleansing Blood of Jesus” essentially was his testimony about the last 10 years or so of his life.  Roy took the opportunity to share the concerns and understandings he has gleaned over a lifetime with the church. He complimented the Conroe church for the harmony found here, he spoke of our need to praise God for who He is and what He has done for us. Roy compared his medical treatment, particularly the need for additional units of blood, to the need the church has for the Blood of Christ. Roy used the following scriptures: Ps. 113:1-9, 129:14, 90:9-10, 89:48, Eph. 1:7, 1 Cor 6:20, Lev. 17:11, Gal. 2:20, 1 Thes. 5:23.

Roy Keim’s sermon “No turning back – the Salt Covenant” was an encouragement for us to renew our commitment to a Holy Life based on Loyalty, Faithfulness and Trust.  He used various illustrations about leaven, honey and salt, including Lot’s wife. The scriptures he used were: Num 30:2, Amos 3:7, 1Cor 10:11, Lev. 2:13, Ex 12:15, matt 5:13-14, Mark 9, col. 4:5-6, Num. 14:2, Num 14:43.

 Roy Keim’s sermon, “Triangle Against Mr. X”  illustrated the plight of man as being contained in a triangle formed by the flesh, the world and Satan. He used many scripture references to describe the miracle of salvation in Christ as escape from this bondage.
