Pastor Paul describes the sermon as : When Jesus healed a group of lepers, only one remembered to go back and thank Him. I believe that Jesus would have wanted all those former lepers to go back and thank him. It is so easy to forget to give God thanks for all that He does. Perhaps, our troubles cause us to lose sight of how thankful we are. Perhaps, we just get too busy, and we forget to give thanks to God. In this season of remembering how thankful we are, we can turn our eyes to a Savior Jesus who will never be too busy or troubled for us. “Thank you Jesus.”
Paul used the following scriptures: Luke 17:11-19 (NLT)

Paul,
I appreciated the reminder of how much we have to be thankful for.
Many times we dwell on the things we don’t have rather than on the things we do enjoy. If the story about the lepers in the Bible shows us the importance of a thankful heart, then we should understand that
God values our love and thanks. We should honor the One who showed such love and grace to us.
