Frank challenged the congregation to have an impact on the Conroe area using scripture and 2 videos about how the spiritual leaders of the city of Juárez in Chihuahua, Mexico changed the nature of the city from “the most dangerous place in the world” to a relatively peaceful and Christian nature.
