On the surface, it seems easy to be a disciple of Christ. But, in reality it takes a greater commitment than we may have realized. It takes faith. It takes boldness. It takes self-sacrifice.

To be a disciple of Jesus is the greatest calling on our life that we will ever experience. However, as you stated in your sermon, it is not an easy road. There will be many pitfalls along the way. It requires a great commitment as we go through life. Thankfully, God has promised help in the form of His Holy Spirit. What a great blessing!
