November 19th, 2016 – Sermon on “Be like Josiah” by Paul Pedersen

Paul PedersenPastor Paul describes the sermon as : We want to be blessed as Christians. We want to have God’s favor. God blesses those that are faithful to him. What would it look like to be such a person. In the book of Chronicles, there is a king that stands out amongst all the other kings. King Josiah was someone who “did what was right in the eyes of the Lord…not turning aside to the right or the left.” There are some lessons that we can learn from Josiah. Josiah was someone that sought after God.

May mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.

Paul used the following scriptures: 2 Chronicles 35:24-25; 34:1-2, 3-5, 14-15, 16-21, 29-32, 33, 27; Matthew 5:5; Luke 12:31; Hebrews 11:6
