Paul describes this sermon as: I’m so glad I’m a part of the family of God. Jesus takes a tense moment and turns it into a teachable moment. Jesus shows us the importance that spiritual business and relationships have over human ones. God created the family. Family is an important thing. However, being a part of God’s family is more important, and it matters eternally.
