Paul Pedersen describes this sermon as: In this message, I talk about how Jesus is the lamb that was sacrificed for our sins. He is our Passover lamb. He replaced the sacrifices of the Old Testament. He was the silent lamb. He was the spotless lamb. He was the sacrificed lamb for our sins.
It has been amazing to see the fulfillment of this chapter in the life and death of Jesus Christ. Our text here is no different. I am amazed to see how clearly Jesus fulfills this passage. In this message, I talk about Jesus being dragged to a trial by the Jews, crucified by the Romans, and buried in the tomb of a rich man. This all was a fulfillment to this passage. Yet, His story is not complete without talking about his resurrection. Because He lives, we too will live. This is a message we need to tell others about.
