In this message, we will see scriptures which answer the titular question, “What or who is the Holy Spirit?” Scripture shows the Holy Spirit to be the presence, person, and power of the Father and Son. We will look at the Holy Spirit in the life of Jesus as a man as well as His role in the Godhead.
