If we remain in Him, we will be fruitful. Jesus tells us this that our joy may be full. Today, I want to share with you how you can have a full, fruitful, and joy filled life.

Paul describes the sermon as: In this series, we are looking at the scriptures where Jesus makes an “I Am” claim. Jesus says, “I am the light of the world.” Jesus brings help, hope, and healing to those that are suffering. Yet, prior to his claim, there is a woman that was caught in adultery that was brought to Jesus. Jesus became her light. Jesus is our light too.

Paul used the following scriptures: John 8:1-12; 12:46; Acts 26:17-18

October 7, 2017 – Sermon on “Jesus – I Am” by Paul Pedersen

Pastor Paul describes this sermon as: Jesus is the Bread of Life. No, we can’t grind our teeth on this bread, but if we receive Him by faith, this bread is life-changing. Jesus can and will heal the brokenness in our lives left by the damage of sin. Jesus will quench your hunger for deeper spiritual things. The greatest gift, the Bread of Life gives life. Without God, we do not have life beyond the grave; only destruction. If we receive the Bread of Life, we have life everlasting.

Paul used the following scriptures: John 6: 35, 40, 51, 56, 63

September 30, 2017 – Sermon on “Faith in Action” by Paul Pedersen

Pastor Paul describes this sermon as: We are concluding the Great Commission month. My message begins by giving an overview of what we have been discussing during the month. The rest of the message I break into three questions. First, what happens next? At this point, God’s word should start to take root in your heart, and you should start to put it into action. Second, what do I do now? Now, you should consider joining where God is already at work. Third, what should I expect? Expect God to change you. Expect God to bless your efforts.

Mike used the following scriptures: Luke 19:10, John 4:28-30, 2 Tim 2:2, John 1:35-46

Jeff describes the sermon as: We were asked to speak during the focus on the Great Commission this month and give a testimony about the call to ministry we experienced when we were younger. I thought the foundation of a personal testimony to be an appropriate subject to bring in as well. Personal evangelism starts with the transfer of a personal experience and builds from there.

Jeff and Jeana used the following scriptures: Rom 12:3-8, John 15:7, 1 Cor. 9:16, Romans 10:13-15, Matt 7: 7-8

Pastor Paul describes the sermon as : September is Great Commission Month. Today, we will be looking at what the Bible says about the topic of evangelism. The goal is to create a Biblical foundation for the rest of the month. Today we will answer three questions: what are we told to do; what are we told to tell others; how are we to tell them.

Paul used the following scripture: Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 2:17; 16:15; Luke 19:10; Acts 1:8; 8:4; Romans 1:16;
