January 24th, 2015 – Sermon on “Descriptions of Christ’s Church” by Nathan Lawson

Nathan Lawson’s sermon on “Descriptions of Christ’s Church” used the scriptures to illuminate different perspectives of Christ’s Church.  Starting with Matthew where Jesus declares He will build His church and ending in Revelations with the marriage of the Lamb and His bride, Nathan exhorted us to complete commitment.

    Nathan,

There are many, many texts in the Bible about the Church. It must be very important to God or He would not have spent so much time focused on it. When you consider the value of the church in our lives, you can understand why God wanted us to have this joy, peace, and love in our lives. We were made for fellowship, and our life is empty without it. Most of all, we were made to praise our Heavenly Father! Thank you for reminding us of those facts.

    Gladys
