Michael Smith’s sermon on “Life’s two Roads” was a lesson in making good choices. Michael gave credit to Charles Swindoll’s book Living the Psalms and then proceeded to use a combination of Psalms 1 and interaction with the children of the church to make his points on taking the right road in life. This paraphrase sums up the sermon: “Seeking good friends, guarding your walk, meditating on God’s Law equals to the formula for success.”

Michael,
Your sermon was a blessing to me! Even though I have read and memorized that Psalm, it really took on new meaning as you described each verse. Thank you for including the children. They may not remember all of it, but they do know that there is one road and that is the one they should take. . . regardless of the enticement of others. We do appreciate all the work that you fellows go to in order for us to enjoy Sabbath services. Thanks again, Michael!
