November 1st, 2014 – Sermon on “Worshiping in Spirit and Truth” by Frank Camarillo

Frank Camarillo’s sermon on “Worshiping in Spirit and Truth” was a teaching on the part worship plays in a believer’s life. Frank gave his experience with worship as an example and used scripture to explain his points. Some notable quotes are: “God deserves to be worshipped Frank Camarillobecause He is great”, “Worship is not about where we are”, and “Worship should be life changing”.

Frank used the following scriptures: John 4:23-24, Luke 10:30-35 and other non specific references including an obscure reference to McCoy’s star system that has caused a bit of a stir. Perhaps comments on this would help clarify.

    Frank,

    Thank you for coming to speak to us Sabbath. Your words were encouraging to all of us. “Worshiping in Spirit and Truth” does connect us to the Holy Spirit as well as to the Great and Wonderful truths in the Bible.

    You tried to get us to realize what a Great God we worship by talking about the universe, and all. However, the greatest mystery to me is the creation of man with all his brain cells, muscles, etc. What a Great God we serve!
